1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ck444ap ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of ck444ap, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you are accessing ck444ap on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In all other cases, these Terms apply solely to the individual registered account holder.

Your continued use of ck444ap following any published update to these Terms constitutes renewed acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an on-platform notification, but we are not obligated to provide individual notification of minor editorial amendments.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

ck444ap is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money gaming feature. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended until verification is complete, and any pending withdrawals will be held during that period.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money features, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ck444ap. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck444ap operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with our internal anti-money laundering (AML) policy. We may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ck444ap will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. Outdated account information may delay the processing of withdrawal requests and KYC verifications.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold exactly one registered account. If duplicate accounts are detected, ck444ap reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending bets or withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.4 Account Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on ck444ap are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ck444ap does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck444ap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at our discretion. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any removal of a previously supported payment method.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal request: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal (standard processing): ৳200,000
• Higher withdrawal amounts may be subject to enhanced verification and extended processing times.

Transaction limits are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted. Current limits are always displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (BST 09:00–23:00). Requests submitted outside these hours, or during periods of high transaction volume, may take up to 24 hours. ck444ap does not charge internal processing fees for withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which ck444ap accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Deposit-Only Funds

If a deposit is made but no wager is placed before a withdrawal is requested, ck444ap reserves the right to apply a processing review to verify the legitimacy of the transaction. This measure is in place to protect the platform against money laundering and financial abuse.

4.5 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes of a successful payment confirmation from your provider, you should contact our customer support team immediately with your transaction reference number. ck444ap will investigate and resolve legitimate failed deposits within one business day.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on ck444ap are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market type, and event. These sport-specific rules are accessible within the Sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific market.

5.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered accepted and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number has been assigned to your wager. A placed bet that does not generate a confirmation reference should not be assumed to have been accepted. ck444ap is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.3 Voided Bets

ck444ap reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; there is clear evidence of match-fixing or corrupted market data; or the bet was placed in violation of applicable rules. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at the discretion of our trading team. Odds fluctuate rapidly during live events and bets are only confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. ck444ap reserves the right to delay or cancel in-play bets if there is evidence of connection abuse, latency exploitation, or unusual betting patterns.

5.5 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games, slot titles, and RNG-based games available on ck444ap are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 5.6 Maximum Win Limits

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by ck444ap are subject to the specific terms and wagering conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, these general Terms shall prevail unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The majority of bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be processed. Wagering requirements are calculated based on real-money bets only; bets funded by bonus credit do not contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ck444ap maintains sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts; placing opposing bets across two accounts to guarantee bonus conversion; withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are met; and using automated betting strategies to complete wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to be aware of the validity period for any bonus you claim.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck444ap. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one registered account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing or the manipulation of sporting events
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Engaging in money laundering or using ck444ap as a vehicle for financial crime of any kind
• Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the ck444ap platform infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our customer support staff or other users of the platform
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any third party to access or use your account
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law

ck444ap cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving financial crime, fraud, or underage gambling. We reserve the right to report suspicious account activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ck444ap

ck444ap reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; suspicious financial activity has been detected; the account is involved in fraud, identity theft, or money laundering; or a responsible gaming concern has been raised regarding the account holder.

8.2 Termination by ck444ap

Following a suspension, ck444ap may permanently close an account if the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and legal review. Where a breach involves financial crime, we will cooperate with relevant authorities and may be legally required to retain and report account information and transaction records.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ck444ap account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply ceasing to use the platform — you should request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. 9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

ck444ap endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any of its features. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party service disruptions, and internet connectivity issues may result in temporary unavailability. ck444ap is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from periods of platform unavailability.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

While ck444ap makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds, scores, event results, and account information displayed on the platform are accurate, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of real-time data feeds supplied by third-party providers. In the event of a data error that materially affects a bet outcome, ck444ap reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account holders.

9.3 Financial Losses from Gambling

You acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit and wager. ck444ap is not liable for any gambling losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You accept full personal responsibility for any decision to place a wager.

9.4 Indirect and Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck444ap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ck444ap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Amendments to These Terms

ck444ap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, we will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification. Minor editorial changes, corrections of typographical errors, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of users may be made without individual notification.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. We recommend that all registered users review the Terms periodically and particularly following any notification of an update.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the amended Terms take effect, at which point you will be entitled to withdraw any remaining real-money balance (subject to standard KYC verification). Continued use of ck444ap after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
